     The person, who founds an animal, addresses to the vet to scan the microchip and define its number. Then you have to input this number into Search service to get post address and phone of the pet owner. Just call him and inform on a find.

     I bought a microchipped animal, how can I register it in the Russian National identification database?
     You should register an animal by Recording animal data service.
